The first keeps what we built online and working. The second is for businesses who want us actively building each month — new features, content and changes, a set number of hours that are yours to use. Neither is compulsory.
Questions we always get
Who will I actually deal with?Louise and James, start to finish. We don't hire outside developers or hand work to an agency, so there's nobody else to be passed to.
Can the price change halfway?No. You get a fixed quote before we start, and that's the bill.
Which currencies can I pay in?USD, GBP, EUR and more — invoiced in your currency and paid securely by card or bank transfer, wherever you are.
What if I don't know what I need?That's the most common enquiry we get. The brief walks you through it, then we talk options on the call.
Is there an ongoing cost?Only if you want it. Hosting, your domain, updates and support run on a small monthly fee — we tell you the figure before you commit, and you can stop any time.
